To
be located on the South Island of NZ-New Zealand will be one of the

determined, for this shelter that will be a safe and secure fortress
for our planned survival commmunity. Besides DUMBS; DEEP UNDERGROUND
built by the United States has ben in play since 1970's.
NZ-SI is an exclusive privately owned project thats planned to establish a
500 man community that will be above and below ground hardened
facility that is capable of withstanding a substantial close range
nuclear blast, a direct airliner crash, biological and chemical
agents, massive shock waves, earthquakes, electro-magnetic pulses,
flooding and virtually any armed attack.
This irreplaceable complex is being re-tasked as NZ -SI will be the world's largest private underground shelter for long-term, uncompromising protection for government officials, families and their groups, along with their most precious assets when no other above-ground exfiltration solution will suffice.

The
underground complex includes over 23,000 square meters (227,904
square feet), or more depending upon the real property, of secured,
blast proof living areas; and, an additional 4,079 square meters
(43,906 square feet) of above-ground office, apartments, warehouse
buildings, and its own train depot. Collectively there are over 5
kilometers (3.1 miles) of continuous tunnel chambers.
NZ -SI
is now being planned, and VIVOS has Europe One is in full
operational condition. When completed, Vivos NZ-SI will allow select families to autonomously survive virtually
any catastrophe or disaster for several years without needing to
return to the surface.
Vivos
NZ-SI "is not" being advertised online but rather to a very few select
Investors, officials and families known to be able to merge into such
community. NZ-SI will be the largest of all Vivos underground shelter
complexes and like Europe One, a modern day Noah’s Ark. Each
family will be provided a private 232m2 (2,500 square foot) floor
area, capable of two-story living quarters, with a build-out
potential of up to 465m2 (5,000 square feet). With fit and finish
comparable to a mega-yacht, each family will commission the
outfitting of their living quarters to their bespoke standards.
Private improvements will include all of the typical amenities
enjoyed by their floating counterparts, including pools, theaters,
gyms, a kitchen, bar, bedrooms and deluxe bathrooms. The
possibilities are limited only by each member’s personal desire and
requirements.
Fully
outfitted, their respective quarters will be locked and secured,
limiting access only to their family and personal staff prior to a
potential lockdown. We will personally operate and maintain all
common areas (under and above-ground) pending a catastrophic event
with full time staffing and security personnel in play not to
worry...
Members will arrive at their own discretion, prior to lockdown, by car, private planes or helicopter that may be landed at nearby airports and/or on the NZ-SI pad to be built. Helicopters will then be deployed to rendezvous with each member group, and fly them back to the shelter compound, safely secured from the general public, behind sealed and secured walls, gates and blast doors.
The NZ-SI complex may prove to be the most important and priceless investment any family may ever make, providing an uncompromising, life-assurance solution for their loved ones and support team. With each family's participation in this epic project comes a huge responsibility to the future survival of mankind!
